This bicycle comes with a 3-year comprehensive warranty for all electrical components and parts and an extensive 5-year warranty for the frame

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, unauthorised repairs or modifications, or any misuse of the product.

All Mark 2 bikes are delivered boxed and fully assembled. Customers just need to straighten the handlebar and attach pedals using the tools supplied.
