This Electric Bike is covered by a 12-month manufacturer's warranty, which covers motor components, the battery, and the frame.

Please be advised that manufacturers warranty does not cover issues caused by improper use, unauthorised repairs or modifications, improper storage, or accidents. Costs related to unauthorised repairs, minor shipping damage to packaging, and wear and tear on parts such as tires and brakes are also excluded in the warranty.

Engwe bikes arrive 80% pre-assembled, making setup quick and easy. In-stock bikes are typically delivered within 3 to 10 working days. Upon arrival, you will need to attach the front wheel, saddle, handlebars, and pedals. All required tools and a detailed instruction manual are included for a smooth assembly process.
